Warranty & returns

Fjell^ Snowboards is committed to delivering products of the highest quality, including snowboards, splitboards, apparel, and accessories. Every product sold through authorized Fjell^ Snowboards dealers is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship within the applicable warranty period, starting from the date of purchase. Each item undergoes quality control at our factories and by our manufacturing partners.

Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

Snowboards and Splitboards

  • Warranty Period: 3 (three) years from the date of purchase.
  • Coverage: If a snowboard or splitboard shows defects in material or workmanship within this period, Fjell^ Snowboards will repair or replace the defective product.
  • Exclusions: Fjell^ Snowboards is not liable for any costs, losses, or damages beyond the defective product itself.
  • Claims: All claims require proof of purchase. If proof is not provided, the manufacturing date will be used as the warranty start date. Defective products must be returned to the authorized dealer where they were purchased.

Not Covered by Warranty (Self-Inflicted Damage)

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Impact damage from rocks, rails, transportation, carelessness, or abuse.
  • Damage from modifications or improper mounting of clips (splitboards) or bindings (snowboards) performed outside of an authorized Fjell^ dealer.
  • Scratches, cosmetic fading, lacquer stress cracks, or non-structural cracks from use.
  • Minor cosmetic irregularities on the topsheet, sidewall, or base that do not affect performance.
  • Topsheet indentations.
  • Improper rider-to-board match (guidance available for each product).
  • Damaged inserts from power tools or incorrect screws.
  • Base damage caused by improper waxing techniques or incorrect wax temperature.

Covered by Warranty

  • Material or workmanship defects.
  • Delamination of topsheet, sidewall, edge, or base.

Apparel and Accessories

  • Warranty Period: 60 (sixty) days from the date of purchase.
  • Coverage: If defects in material or workmanship occur within this period, Fjell^ Snowboards will repair or replace the defective product.
  • Claims: All claims require proof of purchase. If proof is not provided, the manufacturing date will be used as the warranty start date. Defective products must be returned to the authorized dealer where they were purchased.

Not Covered by Warranty (Self-Inflicted Damage)

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Damage caused by not following care or washing instructions (provided with each product or at www.fjellsnowboards.com
  • Damage from modifications performed outside of an authorized Fjell^ dealer.
  • Damage caused by carelessness or abuse.

Warranty Returns

Defective Fjell^ Snowboards products purchased from an authorized dealer must be returned to the dealer where they were originally purchased. The dealer will process your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

  • For purchases made through an authorized online-only dealer, please contact the dealer’s customer service team to initiate your claim.
  • For purchases made directly from fjellsnowboards.com, please email in@fjellsnowboards.com for further assistance.
